JBD (HK) Products Ltd. in collaboration with Dongguan Shihuan Building Materials Ltd. (EnviroWorld) was founded by Mr. Garry Quan in 1993. The company was originally a Canadian company that specialized in cultured marble casting but moved it’s facility to China for further growth and development. Upon arrival in China, the company discovered that the potential for solid surface was huge.
Thus, the company shifts its focus in producing solid surface sheets and sinks, thus becoming the first solid surface manufacturer in China. Over the years, the company has grown at a rapid rate, with over 400 employees and numerous distribution channels; the company looks to improve in all aspects in the industry.
As an ISO9001 company, it is sitting over 120,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facility with a fully automated production line and automated casting machine that produces over 500 sheets of solid surface sheets a day. There is also a large fabrication facility with over 120 fabricators when on full capacity. Many companies in the industry and professionals call us the “Solid Surface Pioneers in Asia”, and we are proud to have all our customers such as yourself that supported us throughout these years. We are committed to providing the same quality product and service for many years to come.
As of today, the company has over 120 colors in the market. Brilliant has refined it’s colour selection every year and is currently carrying 60 colours. Each sheet is produced with a batch code that provides colour matching and consistency.
Majority of our raw materials are purchased from USA and Germany from companies such as Progress Plastics (A division of RJ Marshall) Degussa, Azko Nobel, etc… Our automated machines and fabrication tools are all purchased and imported from USA, from companies such as Gisco, Alpha Tools, etc…
